For any change of mind or dissatisfaction with your in-store purchase, or your online pre-order, fees are applied. Istanbul Collection keeps 25% of the amount paid in store, and the full amount for a pre-order, which already represents 25% of the total amount of the product, for restocking fee.No refunds or exchanges will be granted on final sale products. Unused product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.Refunds of cash payments are subject to the availability of funds in store. We do not make price adjustments between stores, or following a promotion.For any damage, please contact us as soon as possible with a detailed description of the defect or damage and a photo.
