WARRANTY POLICY

GUARANTEE

All Istanbul Collection products have a 1 year warranty. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects related to domestic use only. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, product misuse, product discoloration due to light, pilling or shrinkage of materials. The scratches due due to lack of care in assembling the product are not covered. Products that have been improperly stored, assembled or installed, misused, overused, misused, modified or cleaned with improper methods and/or products are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not apply to products that have been placed outdoors or exposed to extreme conditions. It does not cover indirect or consequential damages. The original receipt is required for any claim. Products purchased on promotion or liquidation have no warranty.
